90 Day Warranty & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with each purchase you make at HiTech4Less.com. That's why all of our products are backed by our 90-Day Functional Warranty. Please contact us within 90 days of the delivery date, and we'll give you instructions for sending it back for a replacement unit or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Shipping
All orders valued over $700 are shipped with signature required. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
We offer free shipping on all items available in our store. We are currently unable to ship internationally at this time. If you have an urgent requirement for international shipping, please feel free to get in touch with us through our Contact Form.
Local Pick-Up
We offer local pick-up on all items by appointment only. If you would like to pick up your order, please leave a note at check-out and one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you with booking information.
Our facility is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, so if you submit a purchase outside of that time frame, please wait for a customer service rep to reach out to you before arriving at our facility.
We are unable to provide tours or in-person browsing at this time. Thank you for understanding.
